I thoroughly enjoyed Morningstar Ascendant, from the first page to the last. Galante's descriptive prose brought every character and scene to life to a degree not frequently observed in other fiction. The author thoroughly researched various other historical and religious texts, as well as works of literature, seamlessly drawing on these different sources to create his fictional universe. The result is a true page-turner, a book I struggled to put down! I really do hope that Galante is working on his next novel, because I would love to read more of his work!

This a fantastic book by an awesome new author! It is engrossing and well written. I couldn't put it down. Can't wait for more books by Nicholas Galante!!
This is the sort of book that I didn't want to put down, which (I would say) is exactly what you want from a book. If you're a fan of Neil Gaiman's book "American Gods", you'll probably enjoy this too. And if you also enjoy "Paradise Lost", this is certainly a book for you!
Morningstar Ascendant is an fantasy that makes the struggle between the forces of good and evil transcend time and place. The classical forces of both heaven and hell are humanized in a creative and intriguing plot with surprising twists and turns.
As a new author,Nicholas, shows a talent for both creativity and character development. A must read for fantasy lovers and students of Paradise Lost.
